Cake with Cinnamon and Candied Ginger

Preparation time: 75 minutesRecipe for: 6 personsIngredients:

- Flour 300g

- Sugar 200g

- Butter 200g

- 4 Eggs 3 Teaspoon of Cinnamom in powder

- 1 Packet of yeast

- 100g of Candied Ginger


In a bowl mix the melted butter with the sugar. Mix with a mixer until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture. Slowly add the flour, one egg, cinnamon powder and a packet of yeast, stirring constantly. Pour half the candied ginger in the mixture. Put some butter all over the pan for the cake. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C for 10mn. Place the dough in the oven for 1h. When cooked, wait until the cake is cooled before removing it from the pan. Add the pieces of candied ginger on the top and serve.
