- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 beans (if a little hydrated 4 pods) vanilla to split in half 'the length

Cut the vanilla beans in half for the length, remove the seeds from the inside with a knife and add them to the egg yolks and sugar, mix well.
Heat the milk on low heat, add the rice flour, the empty pods while turning with a whisk to avoid lumps, when the mixture begins to thicken (should never boil) remove the empty pods, add the mixture of eggs vanilla sugar and continue to mix until it reaches the consistency of a cream, turn off and while it's still hot pour into cups. Allow to cool to room temperature and then put at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
