Mix of dried organic combava peel and dehydrated green chili pili. The use of spicy oils and vinegars is common in Malagasy cuisine. Therefore we created this mix which will allow you to easily and comfortably prepare spicy oil or vinegar yourself.
The green chili pili pili is moderately hot as it is a young chili. The combava peel has its typical citrus scent which is unique, pleasant and excellent. The combination of these spices gives an explosion of flavor which will enable you to create special recipes full of flavor.
TIPS FOR USE
Take an empty bottle of 250ml. Put the contents of this mix inside of it and fill it up with the extra virgin olive oil or vinegar of your choice. Keep it in a dark place for one week.
Now you can start using it as a condiment.
Once the taste has reached the intensity you like, you can remove the spices by pouring the liquid into another bottle. You can also keep the spices inside until the liquid is finished, the taste will get stronger in time. The choice is yours.
