Avocado with Baie rose

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Recipe for one person
  • 1 avocado,
  • juice of ¼ lemon,
  • salt (optional),
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
  • Chives,
  • 1 teaspoon of Baie rose
Choose a ripe avocado.
Depending on the variety it may be softer when ready to eat.
Cut it in half, use a teaspoon to remove the flesh and place it neatly on the presentation plate.
Cut the chives and place them on top of the avocado then add the Baie roses.
In a bowl, mix the salt with the lemon and oil using a blender until the sauce is light and smooth.
Dress the avocado with the juice to taste.
