Tisane of Cinnamon and Ginger

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Recipe for one person
Ingredients:
  • 250ml water,
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder,
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
Preparation:
In a small saucepan put the cinnamon, ginger powder and agave syrup (option).
Add some hot water and stir with the help of a spoon.
Then add the remaining water and heat the herbal tea for 5 minutes.
Stop cooking and serve hot or at room temperature.
Sweeten to taste if desired.
