Fleur de Sel - with Baie Rose & Voatsiperifery

This fleur de sel or sea salt is a naturally spiced thanks to the mixture of pink pepper in grain and wild pepper Voatsiperifery in powder. The blend is well balanced so that the salt doesn't become very spicy. 

For a recipe just add the normal quantity of salt per portion during cooking or in the dressing if it's about raw vegetables. It can be used in all culinary preparation to give a special taste.
