This fleur de sel or sea salt has the typical sweet vanilla aroma thanks to the vanilla powder mixed with it. The blend is well balanced so that the vanilla is well percived but doesn;t dominate the sal taste.
For a recipe just add the normal quantity of salt per portion during cooking or in the dressing if it's about raw vegetables. It can be used in all culinary preparation to give a special taste.
