Candied ginger is obtained by cooking young ginger (4-5 months) in sugar cane juice.
Its taste is strong and slightly sweet. It can be used as a snack or as a digestive after a meal, as an addition to fruit salads or in sweet pastries.
We selected this candied ginger especially for its exceptional quality and taste: not very sweet and with lots of strong pronounced ginger-taste. It is a long-time favorite with us and with our customers.
Ginger candy stripes are smaller - per piece - than ginger candy cubes.
