Organic Kaffir lime Combava dry leaves from Madagascar.
Kaffir lime called also Combava, Ppeda or Makrut has the scientific name Citrus Hystrix.
Its leaf is mainly used for a relaxing hot herbal drink for a calming evening or after a good meal. It is typical of Indian ocean and Asian cuisine. The fragrance of combava distinguished itself from all the varieties of citrus. In the plant therapy it is used for its several properties:heir antioxidant, antidiabetic and hepatoprotective capacities.

Advice for use:
Place 2 leaves of Kaffir lime Combava and add a cup of hot water. Cover the container. Leave to infuse for 7-8 minutes. It can be used any time of the day.
To prepare a special exotic meal use 4 or 5 leaves while cooking any recipe with sauce or a soup. The leaves will release their special fragrance recalling the lemongrass but floral as well.
We recommend keeping the leaves away from direct light and humidity.
