Ginger powder is obtained by grinding previously dried ginger.

TIPS FOR USE
- For 2 portions use a teaspoon of ginger powder while cooking.
- For two cups of ginger and cinnamon drink mix one teaspoon of ginger powder and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a pot with 1/2L of water, when it boils continue cooking for about 10mn. You can sweeten to taste.
- Excellent for cooking legumes and spicy condiments.
