Ginger and cinnamon are two spices well known for their health benefits.
These products are part of traditional everyday remedies in Madagascar and are also used in weight-loss diets. The cinnamon ginger tisane which has a pleasant taste, is often used to help digestion, to warm up in winter and to eliminate toxins.

TIPS FOR USE
To prepare a cup of herbal tea you can proceed in two different ways:
- Pour a teaspoon of cinnamon ginger powder into a cup. Add hot water and leave for 5 minutes. The tisane is now ready. It is not necessary to filter, the powder will slowly descend to the bottom of the cup. Optionally add a slice or a few drops of fresh lemon. Sweeten to taste.
- For a stronger, more intense tisane, put a teaspoon of the tisane powder into a small pan. Add one and a half cup of cold water. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour the resulting tisane into a cup, it's ready. Optionally add a slice or a few drops of fresh lemon. Sweeten to taste.
Optionally, you can prepare a larger quantity and store the remainder in the fridge. Simply reheat some whenever you want.
