Ginger powder is obtained by grinding dried ginger. It has many beneficial properties and is mainly used in cooking but also in Ayurvedic medicine.
TIPS FOR USE
To add ginger flavor, for 2 servings of food, add a teaspoon of ginger powder to your recipe.
For two cups of ginger and cinnamon drink mix one teaspoon of ginger powder and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a pot with 1/2L of water, bring to a boil and keep boiling for about 10minutes. Optionally sweeten to taste. Alternatively, buy our organic tisane Ginger Cinnamon.
Add during cooking of vegetables to achieve a more exquisite flavor.
